Chef Steven has been a Chef for over 14 years. He started out very
young as a prep cook in a small restaurant and then moved his way up in the ranks. After graduating from the Union County
Vocational School for Culinary Arts, Chef Steven went to the Culinary Institute of America
in historical Hyde Park, N.Y. At CIA, he received his Associates Degree in Occupational
Studies Culinary Arts in 1998. Throughout his education he has received Awards from the National
Vocational Honor Society (1996) and an Academic Achievement Award (1996).
Chef Steven is Serve-Safe Certified, and has a Food and Management Sanitation Certification.
Chef Steven Yedlock has trained under some of the world's top Chefs throughout his culinary experiences. Now Chef Steven
is using his experience from his education, Prestigious Country Clubs and Fine Dining restaurants to help people cook like
a professional in the comfort of their own home, and as a Personal Chef for a family in NJ through Cooking with a Pro.
He can also be seen at Williams-Sonoma providing cooking classes and demos for their feature products. Chef Steven is also
teamed up with other Chef to help people over the Internet cook to there full culinary potential through Chef
Chat Cafe.
